Pigmo Crypto Casino Review – Legit Site or a Scam?

Pigmo looks clean on the surface, but once you start actually playing and trying to cash out, the cracks show fast. Some people get paid, others get ghosted, and the number of withdrawal complaints is way too high for me to trust with anything serious. I tested it, dug into everything I could find, and yeah… although they have some nice features like 1500x leverage trades and live rain every 30 minutes, there are better places to gamble your money. 👇

Intro to Pigmo

Pigmo Review BurningTheDice

The website looks clean, loads pretty fast, lots of games. If you’re a casual degen just chasing dopamine and clicking buttons, you’ll probably think it looks solid.

They really embraced the pink pig theme.

But there’s very little substance behind all the design. The info you actually need (licensing details, clear terms, a proper explanation of promotions) is either vague, inconsistent, or buried.

And honestly, the more I read about it online, the more it felt like a casino that wants to look legit without doing the work to be legit.

Pigmo Originals

Pigmo Originals BurningTheDice

Their original games actually feel great.

Most of them are pretty easy to replicate, but I find that most sites are having a hard time building a plinko game that feels smooth.

On that side I’d say they did a good job. I would put their Plinko game on par with Stake.

Their blackjack game doesn’t offer sidebets. I’m a sucker for the sidebets on BJ so for me that’s a bummer.

Transparency Regarding RTP

They don’t disclose (or couldn’t find) the RTP for the following games:

  • Keno
  • Limbo
  • Mines
  • Hilo
  • Coin flip
  • Wheel
  • Blackjack

Not sure why they wouldn’t make that information easily accessible. To me that just feels untrustworthy.

Pigmo VIP Rewards System

Pigmo Rewards System BurningTheDice

This is where things really start to fall apart.

They have a rewards system (or VIP system) in place, but there isn’t much information about it except the rewards for ranking up and the wager requirements for each level.

Even the layout is clunky, you have to scroll down to see all the ranks, unlike most sites where you have a clean table with perks.

And there’s stuff that don’t really make sense like when you go from Quartz 4 to Quartz 5 you’re actually earning less rewards than previous levels.

Or how rewards 10x from Sapphire 1 to Sapphire 2.

Pigmo Sapphire Rewards

All in all I feel like there’s ton missing and also could be improved.

Not a big fan.

Pigmo Bonuses & Promotions

Pigmo Deposit Bonus

I really like what they did with their deposit bonuses.

The way it works is you start filling the progress bars every time you deposit money on the site.

Once a bar is filled, the bonus is released directly to your account.

That rewards consistency rather than high volume.

They also have the chat rain.

Every 30 minutes that countdown reset and a small balance is added to the rain.

All you have to do is click “Join Now” and you’ll split the pot with the others than joined once the countdown ends.

It’s not much, but it’s an interesting feature for low (micro) rollers. You could probably make 2-3 bucks every day if you take part in every rain.

Referral System

Pigmo Affiliate Program

Their affiliate program is actually pretty competitive.

They offer 60% commission of the house edge on every bet your referrals place.

Most sites will only start you at 10% commission so if you’re looking to promote a site just for the sake of making money and don’t care about your reputation, Pigmo should make it on your list.

Affiliates / Streamers

I literally never saw anyone streaming for Pigmo.

The only people I see promoting that site are the Pigmo staff/owners or account with < 100 followers that try to get a few sign-ups on X.

Responsible Gambling Tools

Pigmo Responsible Gambling Tools

Pigmo has 0 responsible gambling tools.

That’s a big red flag.

If you’re looking to self exclude you need to email their support team.

Any casino that doesn’t offer easily accessible responsible gambling tools is a no-go in my book.

It just tells you how much they value their players.

Vault

At least they have a vault.

Pigmo’s Reputation

Pigmo's Reputation

Everywhere I look online, I only see bad comments on Pigmo.

Looks like people are pissed they’re not winning, pissed they’re unable to withdraw IF they win, pissed that promotions are shit on the site, etc.

Customer Support

I cannot speak on their customer support since I never had to use them.

I don’t know how fast and efficient they are.

Although, one problem I have with their support, they do not have a live chat easily accessible.

Most sites will have that chat button on the bottom right of your screen, accessible at all time.

On Pigmo, you need to go to your profile menu, select “support”, scroll down past the FAQs section and then you have it.

It’s like they wanted to hide it almost.

Pigmo Pros & Cons

The good stuff about Pigmo:

✅ Website is clean

✅ Originals feel nice

✅ You can bet on crypto with up to 1500x leverage (real degen stuff)

✅ Affiliate program pays 60% commission

✅ Rewards system / deposit bonuses are a nice twist

✅ Chat rain every 30 minutes

Now the downsides

❌ Missing RTP information on tons of games

❌ No responsible gambling tools

❌ Hidden support

❌ No real promos or welcome bonus

❌ Lots of complaints from users unable to withdraw

❌ VIP system is unclear

My Final Take on Pigmo.com

I really wanted to like Pigmo, but unfortunately it fell short on all the important points.

I feel like Pigmo isn’t trustworthy enough to be able to recommend it.

FAQs

Q: Is Pigmo a legit casino or a scam?
A: Depends who you ask, but the red flags are hard to ignore. Some players get paid, yes, but a lot of others report withdrawals stuck for weeks, cancelled for no reason, or straight-up ignored by support. When there are this many unresolved complaints, you treat it as high-risk.

Q: Does Pigmo actually pay withdrawals?
A: Sometimes. That’s the problem. A legit casino pays everyone. Pigmo’s payout history is inconsistent. Small withdrawals seem okay, but bigger ones get delayed, cancelled, or never processed according to multiple users. That’s not a pattern you want to gamble with.

Q: Is Pigmo licensed?
A: Technically yes, but the license is from Comoros (Anjouan). It’s one of the weaker jurisdictions. Nowhere near as reliable as Malta, Isle of Man, or even Curaçao. A lightweight license + lots of complaints = not a great combo.

Q: Does Pigmo offer bonuses or VIP rewards?
A: Not consistently. Some pages show bonuses, some don’t. Some users say they had offers disappear before they could use them. Nothing about their rewards system feels structured or transparent.

Q: Can Pigmo refuse my withdrawal?
A: Yes, and many players say that’s exactly what happened to them. Sometimes they blame “verification,” sometimes “AML rules,” sometimes nothing at all. And when support goes silent, you’re stuck.

Q: What’s the minimum deposit on Pigmo?
A: Around $1 depending on your payment method. Good for testing, terrible if you want a reliable long-term casino.

Q: Is Pigmo safe for high-rollers?
A: Absolutely not. If $100–$200 is already a big deal for them, imagine sending a $10k withdrawal request. No shot I’d trust Pigmo with serious money.

Q: Why do people say Pigmo is related to a failed older casino?
A: There are claims (from players, not officially confirmed) that Pigmo is a rebrand of “Crashout Casino,” which apparently rug-pulled before. If that’s true, it explains a lot: same style, same issues, same complaints.

Q: What’s the biggest issue with Pigmo?
A: Trust. Too many payout problems, too many ghosted players, too many ignored support tickets, too many accusations. When the casino is the biggest gamble on the site, that’s a problem.
